I was a head middle school director/percussion coordinator. This is a big step up. I’ll be over 3 campuses (about 700 band members).

Congrats, let those kids march in shorts and t-shirts until Oct-Nov gets here. I remember coaching football on Friday nights and wondered who was sweating more, the football team or those band kids wearing those wool uniforms.
