Been using the GB Baby powder on the nether regions for years. I no longer have issues with the itch or rawness. Other areas of the body get under arm deodorant and Shower to Shower Sport. This is just my regular regimen developed when I was an A/C guy.

If you get the spray stuff make sure you get it with aloe and not menthol. Also, make sure you shake the bottle up. Otherwise you get a straight shot of menthol that'll light your boys up like they got hit with napalm.
