Pelican Enforcer 120X... seat

Was wondering if anyone has this yak and has any seat mods or anything. I bought it used and it didn't have the nice seat, and it was replaced with this crappy cloth seat that has absolutely no support what-so-ever.

I tried one of those yak gear seats that you tie-down with pad-eyes, but it didn't work very well.

Anyone have any good DIY mods, or even a pelican enforcer seat they'd like to sell?
