Fishing For Prehistoric Dinosaurs In Texas - 04/16/15 09:43 PM
Allyse and i went in search of a gar over 5 foot for her to catch, we ended up hooking a almost 7 foot monster, Allyse helped me fight the gar the majority of the fight. we filmed and photographed it then released it to grow and reproduce since we push conservation of these fish.
one minutes video showing the release of this awesome fish

i use buffalo, common carp and gizzard shad, fish in the curves in the river in the deeper holes, you want about a 2 pound chunk of fresh bait on bottom
