Who wants to go fishing tomorrow? (6/28) - Joe Pool (Lynn Creek side) - 06/27/13 07:44 PM

Well, my boss said i can't work overtime this week, and I already have 40 hours in, so I'm going fishing tomorrow. Who wants to join me?

I'm looking for an early (0630-0700) start at either Joe Pool or Lake Arlington.

It's been a whole 5 days since i have been on the water and i'm having withdrawls. I figure this could be a good warmup prior to my Saturday trip to Wheeler Branch

Let me know if you want to join and if you have a preference on lake.

Well, i think i am going to go to Joe Pool on the Lynn Creek side and start off crappie fishing in the morning. It may turn into bass fishing later on.

Feel free to join me. I will be there no later than 0700 tomorrow (hopefully earlier)

Ugh.... Skunked... AGAIN

6.5 hours on the lake without even a nibble. Most people i talked to had the same experience. The few that didn't were catching catfish with minnows under the lakeridge bridge... Unfortunately for them, they were crappie fishing.

At least the wind was gone and it didn't get overly hot. Was a pleasant day to kayak (with the exception of the horde of PWCs)
