Howdy y’all. Went to Grapevine today with the new kayak to mess around for some white bass. Didn’t catch a dang thing. Fished the marina, cove, and creeks. Are they running the creeks now? Anybody care to give a sneak peak of a good spot for white bass?

I think they are all way up in the creeks already doing their thing. Probably already done in the south.

Agreed that it is likely close to being over farther south. But, up here in the D/FW area, north and east Texas, the issue has been calendar versus rain levels where many of the "go to" spots are inundated with water. It makes it hard to drop a kayak in.
I did drive over the Neches River in Chandler last week and it is back to normal. That is where I think I might go for a kayak white bass spawn day. Even better, you could go out to River Ridge on the Sabine River, pay a small fee at their establishment to launch there, paddle upstream a bit and find some fishy spots.
In Dallas, the hot spot often targeted and mentioned is Rowlett Creek but I think most of that is bank fishing.
White bass fishing is just super fun. Once you find them, hang on!

They've been in the creeks since the big rains we had in February. They can also be found on gravel points in the main lakes.
