From the video it looked like the Marina rented kayaks.
Hate to say it, but the marina will probably be hearing from their lawyer because they rented them one kayak and didn't tell them it was only for one person.

Jimbo, no, in the video it mentions the men brought their own kayak to the lake. They must have just launched there and the kayak capsized about 100 yds. away.

Shucks, attorneys will have to await another case to pursue to cash in for some idiot or another.

The 3 men were REALLY lucky they were heard yelling for help, that they came and saved them. They missed becoming early 2018 Darwinian Award recipients. Ha! Brad

Last summer I was at the lake here in Prosper. I saw two 20-something guys and one 20-something girl in a single person inflatable kayak fishing. No PFDs on those folks. I could only shake my head! I wonder if it was the same crew????
