Canyon Lake - Up the river 5/18

Been out on Canyon Lake a couple times over the last month with mixed results.

Took a morning about a month ago to try trolling around the river mouth to see if there was any Whites left.
Fished 3 hours and caught a 8 lb. Blue Cat on an Umbrella Rig.
Nice fish but no Whites/Stripes.

So about a week later I decided to go Catfishing.
3 hours later. Skunk.

Last Friday I took the Wife up the river with some minnows.
We split shot minnows drifting and ended up with 2 Channels, 3 Bass and 2 Stripers.
And Susan caught here personal best 22" Striper.
