Anyone have a recent report on Joe Poole? Planning on fishing it Saturday March 31. Thank you in advance!

You can catch large numbers of crappie at the marina but they normally measure 9.5 to 9.75 inches in length.

I was out there last week, caught about 15 bass... biggest went 5lb. All fish were caught on timber pitching/flipping t-rig.

There is a reason for that. The minute a crappie measures 10.0 inches he goes into a bucket. The little ones get returned to be caught again.

The little ones are still biting.
