Lunch at Bass Pro Shops Thursday AUG 31st!! Uncle Bucks, upstairs at Noon. See y'all there..

It's been a while since we've gotten together for lunch at Bass Pro. How many of you could make it to the GRAPEVINE location on Thursday 8/31 at Noon? It's always fun to put a name to a face or see old friends (some older than others) while listening to or telling some tall tales of our angling escapades.

These days all I can do is sit around and talk about how good I used to be.

What say you?

Well carp Ken! You picked one heck of day to do this being the day before dove season opens. I'm headed South that day for the annual Gilroy dove hunt in Hondo.

Sucks for me!! Don't think I've ever had you, Sinkey and Billy in the same room. Not sure the room is big enough for those 3 heads.

Wish I could be there tomorrow Ken but our WGAS tournament is tomorrow. Sounds like it's going to be like Mardi Gras there with lots of food and gifts for everyone. If and when there's another I won't miss it for anything. How 'bout posting some pictures for all us absentees.

We had an excellent turnout today. It was good to see some of my old friends and meet some new ones as well.

Sorry I couldn't get there. Went to the truck as I have not been out all week and it had 1/4 of a tank of gas. Went to 4 stations in and around Justin. When I did find one the wait was 45 mins.. Started pumping and got 16 cents worth and the pump shuts off, out of gas. I am really disappointed and very sorry. It is my fault for not planning ahead.

Enjoyed the lunch and get together...thanks to those that put it together and to those that
donated the door prizes... good time had by all!!
