Must be a tournament coming up on Worth

It was kinda busy out there from a Friday in July. The 820 ramp had a full parking lot when I loaded up earlier.

All the fish from EM took the plunge into Worth.

Both of 'em?

They bit pretty good today. One of the better days I have had out there in a while numbers wise. No big fish just a lot of bites with some chunks mixed in.

I've been catching them alright at Worth. Haven't been getting the big bites though.

I did see a 5 lber floating dead up in the river on Tuesday.

I've done "OK" on numbers, but not many "big" fish, either. I did catch a
5 pounder last Wednesday about 11am in 2-3 feet of water (in the shade). The topwater bite has definitely been "off" for me during early morning hours compared to past years.

Hope the tournament isn't tomorrow. I will be there at sunrise and hope to catch them good all day. Was out last weekend and caught them good on the main lake. The river was pretty stained.
