Back to Palo Pinto where I grew up!

I am headed there with the family for the week/weekend coming up. We lived here as kids and haven't been back in about 17 years. I wanna catch a big fish! Deep or Shallow?? I have never fished the lake. I only wish I would've started this ^$%* young. I am focused on the island where the channel goes by. Also the channel ledges, and channel makes a big S turn mid lake...? Oh I wish I could have Donald Harper in the boat all the time but He's prob busy... I wish a Happy and Safe Fourth to Everyone!!!
