My favorite part of fishing

Is when my kiddos catch em. My three year old caught one on a grub all by himself a few days ago and didn't have my phone with me for a picture. He made a cast all by himself and set the hook and reeled it in. Oldest just caught this one. We are visiting in-laws in Cape Cod and they live on a little lake where we can fish out of the back yard.

Happy boy you have there, DV. Savor each and every minute of time spent fishing with your kids and don't blink, because one day they will be grown.

That is a beautiful fish and the boy ain't bad either. He's hooked for life.
