My brother's fiance nixed any Vegas trip possibility for a bachelor party, so he decided to come visit me. He lives out of state, does a lot of bass fishing, but never in Texas. What lake would everybody suggest to take him to with water this frigid??? Thanks for the help!!

Squaw Creek but you'll need a reservation. Only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Get a guide and go to Fork. All the guide pics. tells the story.

One of the advantages of not going to Vegas is not spending a ton of money, so a guide service I'll wait on until the water is above 45(plus there is another storm moving in soon). I'm fairly new to Texas, experiencing my first winter, and I'm looking for a good winter lake; whether it be a power plant lake or cold water. Thanks for the info so far!
