Any tips to prevent the eyes on your rod from freezing every cast? I want to say I've heard spraying WD40 on them works. Any other tricks?

Loon Stanley's Ice Off Paste! Also used Blakemore Real Magic Lubricant on the rod itself, works also.

Just dip the tip and any frozen guide(s) into the water before you cast. Easy fix.
