My Buddy Trapper02 made this video of our day 1 on Picachos.

We Stayed at Picachos Bass Lodge, They took very good care of us. But we are afraid we are ruined by catching 86 Bass a day. Just a little sample. Such a beautiful place.

Thanks man! what an experience! I am already starting saving so I can go again. We went the weekend of Valentines, Water temps at the end of the day was 82 degrees. it was post spawn for sure.

I went through 75 5" senkos in one day.
I used senkos t-rigged, biffle bug and crawl trigged and with the hard head. 10" worms caught a few. spook. and 3/4 oz watermelon double bladed spinnerbait. My buddy used lizards and had success.

Alma and her crew took excellent care of us. Great accommodations, awesome food and lots of fish. We had way to much fun down there!

I have 3 more days of footage i hope to edit this week.

I thought only Anglers Inn and Ron Speed had lodges in Picachos?

This company is a Mexican owned company. Only thing that made me nervous is paypaling them money. But all worked out. they are very accommodating.

So they use Ron Speeds camp.

Their the actual land owners and are trying to do their own thing. Right now they have 4 boats, Alma said they want to get some newer boats. we saved like $500 a person and we couldn't have been happier on the service we got from the locals. Alma and her crew were wonderful to deal with. From the great food, and place to stay i wouldn't hesitate going back!

The boats that we were in did the job. they were 1970 bass boats with 50-70hp. the other camps boats were alum. boats with 60hp motors and faster than the ones we were in, but not a big deal in my opinion.

They still caught us just as many fish
