Is there a certain way to tell the difference between crappie and bass? I understand it's more of how they relate than how they look on the graph? Thanks

From what I know, crappie and sand bass stack more vertically and blob like.

Brent S is correct. I find bass spread out a bit vs stacking like the other two mentioned and catfish really spread out IMO.

Sometimes bass group up very tight like this. But that occurred due to quickly falling water temps in late Fall as they were migrating to deeper parts of the lake.
I hooked 13 and landed 11 of them before they stopped taking any presentations.
