Rigid Industries: TM Mount Light ??

Looked at their website, my question is: are these ONLY for the Fortrex model Minn Kota? I have a Maxxum Minn Kota and was wondering if it would work/fit?

I modified my maxxum to accept a flood rigid and it works great

Ok, good, another Maxxum user. How or what did you use to control it? Seperate on/off switch or controlled by the light switches on the panel for bow and stern?

Not to hijack your thread Lee but your question got me thinking does anyone know how these work on steep ramp cause I've seen many times to get my boat off trailer trolling motor nose where light would mount hits trailer guide roller that the bow rest on while loaded. Hate to spend that much on light to crush it that would make for bad day.

Your backing your trailer down too far in the water if that happens.
