Lucky Craft on clearance at BPS

Just a heads up. All last years Lucky Craft hard baits (cranks and stuff) was marked down below $10. It is the same lures as the new full price stuff, just older designed packaging. About 50% off. Lots of selection still left as of today.

I bought 40 of them last week

You bought way more than I did. Hah. I bought about a dozen. But I really wasn't planning on the added money. I had to get a refill for my PFD and some skinny braid and some drop shot stuff. When I saw the lucky craft I decided I'd brown bag my lunch the rest of the week. Lol.

I had heard that was a permanent price change but I could be wrong.

Really? That is awesome if it's true, wonder why only around 30-40% of the displayed baits were at the price and were clearly marked "clearance"?

That's what I saw as well. As it's displayed now, it doesn't look like any sort of permanent change. I hope so though. I love the pointers.

We also talked to Kelly Jordan Sunday, he had my wife talked into buying one of the flat-sided crankbaits in red crawfish..(17 bucks), thank God someone got the last one...lol...I'd had a "It's a big un' Lizabeth" moment if she'd gotten it hungup on a stump or something..lol...ON a different note, he's a good guy..he even recognized us from last years Fun N' Sun tackle and boat show.

Several of their baits are impossible to find used and no one makes ko of.

I heard the new LC are made in China not Japan...I was told this was the reason for the price drop

they still say "made in Japan" on the boxes.

Edit: at least on the ones I bought. Maybe they are the ones are clearance.

I just got back from BPS did not find any at that cost cheapest was 13.97 ????? Did I miss something

I work at Dick's sporting goods and all of our Lucky Craft has been permanently reduced down to 9.99, I don't know why the sudden change in prices.... I don't mind it at all, but now I wont go broke after I get paid LOL, but its nice to see my favorite baits at a decent price now instead of an arm and a leg.

They were in a clearance bin between the reels and the fish tank last week, not on the pegs.

Saw them in a cardboard dump bin directly behind the main aquarium. Plenty left today.
