Share a Lunker Fry Release

I saw a post recently that had a link to locations where Share a Lunker fry have been released but can't for the life of me find it...anyone know the link??

I read an article a while back and I think the lakes were:
Mill Creek, Pinkston, Raven, Purtis Creek, Meridian, and Marine Creek.

why waste all them genes and release them when 99% won't make it, should wait and grow them to bout 2"+ then release them where they have a higher % of them making it to adult bass. Friend from La told me this past weekend the LDWF were not releasing anymore fry 3/4" and were going to release them when they got 2" long.

just makes sense to grow them where more of them have a better chance to make it..
