Nice...that will make Ray Roberts fun today with half of that amount of wind. At least I'm fishing though.

Good Advice! I do not go unless winds are less than 15mph or less
No fun on rough water

If I had to wait for the wind to quit blowing to go fish, I never would get to go. If its under 20mph, its a good day.

we had the pontoons out this morning on Lake Fork taking the Eagle Fest people out for their "barge" rides. Before the wind kicked up we saw some eagles. Around 10 the wind relly picked up and the eagles all disappeared.

the ride back to the ramp was brutal in those big tin sails.

Good grief... I'm fishing in east Texas tommorow to avoid the wind lol. Hopefully it will settle down.

What part of the lake did you see the Eagles?

Managed to get out with my partner gatorkidd for a few hours after lunch today. Wow was it windy as forecasted. Wind finally laid down around 4:00. We managed to get one good largemouth and about 30 magnum sandies. Had a blast. Can't wait to see what we can do with a full day tomorrow with better wind forecasted. Ready for the water to clear up and get that jig bite going strong.
