Fishing on LBJ using a Lews custom baits Stick-One in motor oil red. Didn't weigh it.

Anybody on here know how to tell a guadelupe from a spot. Just wondering? Very nice and rare to see either one that big around here.

They have the same jaw line and both have the tooth patch, I believe the only way to get a true answer is with genetic testing. This being said the Guad's are usually darker in color because they live shallower than the typical spotted bass.

I wish we could but BASS State championship is on amistad that same weekend in march and we already qualified for it.

I caught a guad bass this past Sunday that went 14 3/4 inches.

Decided to look on tpwd website and the record for the lake Dunlap Guadalupe bass went for the same size I caught I should have took a better picture of it.
