Amistad Guide Recommendations? - 05/02/11 05:00 PM

Hey guys, Im looking to book a trip to Amistad in June or July to fish for bass. Can someone recommend a good guide for a learning/fishing experience? My background is in catfishing, so I need someone that will be willing to answer about 1000 questions pertaining to bass fishing. Thank you in advance.

+2 -- Spent 2 days with him last Summer and caught a ton of fish. He grew up on the lake and answered all the questions we could think to ask.

Kurt Dove.
He likes to teach and works hard to see that YOU catch the fish. He's a great guy to boot.

Well, I booked a trip with Ray Hanselmen for a Saturday in late June! Can't wait to learn some of the ins and outs of fishing Amistad. The last (and only) time I was there I had boat problems so I didn't get to really enjoy it. Woot woot!
