I have fished to Fluorohybrid and the Fluorohybrid pro. Both lines cast very well. Better than any true fluorocarbon I have tried. I fished with the 26lb FH last year and broke it several times on fish. I have been using 35lb FH pro this year and haven't broke it yet. Both lines have quite a bit of stretch with the FH pro not being quite as bad as the FH. Both lines sink, but not as fast as other true fluorocarbons. I suggest tying the double san diego jam knot that is on the back of the spool. It is big and ugly, but it seems to work better than a palomar.

I have been using the red spool now for a few months in the 20/26 pound and love it.
I will try the 7 pound on my drop shot rod and see what I think
