Has anybody used this lure?

Renosky scatter shad. Kind of a tube lure. I use to buy them at Wal-mart and just slaughter the bass around spawning time. Do any of you guys use them and if so where do you buy them? I can get 'em online, but would rather buy 'em at a store.

Isn't that the one that had Guido Hibdon on the package? I used to catch a lot of bass on those. I haven't seen them in years. I fished them like a Fluke, but they had a little more action on the fall.

I have about 15 bags of the guido scatter shads at home. Pretty sure they're the same thing.

Here's a 10" bass with a 6" scattershad. At this pond the bass went crazy over them when they wouldn't his anything else. This year they're not hitting much of nothing. Might be this long cool spell. It's been a couple years since I've used those scattershad. That's why I want to try them again.
I bet BPS, Academy or Dicks has them or the Guido's bait.

Used to buy them at Wal-Mart all the time, and have caught a TON of bass with them. I havent seen them in a good long while though. I was going through my old tackle the other night and actually found a zip lock bag with about 20 of them in it. Maybe this year I will break them out again and give em a try.

i used to use them when they sold them at walmart but havent seen them since.

doesnt another company make a similar bait to that?chompers,gene larew??anyone chime in on this?
