I know there were a few here in the past talking about a data breach at TW, here is the link to make your claim.

Is this legit? Seems like some sort of phishing attempt.

POS lawyers....everyone always trying to make a buck off someone else.

Call Tackle Warehouse and ask them if it is a legitimate website. If not, they should be notified of its existence.

Always have just used paypal on their site, no problems

You realize it's not a website TW had put together?

I knew what happened when it was happening yet people on here were still saying we were all crazy because they had no issue. I've worked on many large Ecom sites and seen the same stuff happen time and time again.

I reached out to TW for an explanation . They sent back a detailed update to procedures they have changed to prevent another hack .
It's good enough for me to get back and buy some stuff from them .
I believe they are still the premier bass tackle supplier .

You get $1.98 and the lawyers take the rest.

I was included in a class action once without even knowing about it, it cost more in postage than the check inside the envelope was for.

I think it said there were something like 10 or 12 million claimants, way back in the 80s. stupid then, stupid now.

like said above, I use paypal and try not to spread my cards around any more than I have to.
