Are both ramps open ?

I haven’t been but ai doubt the dam ramp is open.

The ramp at the bridge was open and I believe the new ramp at the dam is still accessible where they built the spillway.

Anyone know for sure which ramp or if both are open currently?

I just went over the bridge and choc-o-bloc is definitely open
