Birthday Bass

My wife got all dressed up and took me to a nice steak dinner Saturday night for my birthday. Afterward she said we could do whatever I wanted... We only had an hour of daylight left, but I said let's go fishing. She caught this tank on her 4th cast! In high heels and all!

Wow that's a monster! Congrats to the lucky angler. That has to be the biggest fish in the pond!

It's a good pond, not the biggest for sure! It was her new PB though, so it' couldn't have been a better birthday for me. Awesome to see her catch it!

My scale was on the fritz when I weighed the fish. I was trying to be quick to get the fish back in the water. The best read I got on the scale was 7.51, but man I sure feel like that fish was bigger than that. Gotta stick with 7.51 officially though.
