Should be three phillips screws across the top, above the tubes to remove. It may be a little jammed, so you might have to give it a good pull to get it out.
Would love to help you but when I bought my 920 this past summer the previous owner already had removed them. Didn't even bother to ask if he still had them.

Turns out 2 Philips screws but not on top where I was looking. They were on the back near the top going horizonally toward the front. Very easy to remove and pull the tubes. I now have tubes and butt end holders out. Got 15 rods in there and it looks almost empty. Love it so far.
