How are the ramps off fm 315 in flat creek and Kickapoo? Good enough to launch a 20’ boat?

They should all be fine! I crossed the 315 bridge Sat 10/16 , and there were several tandem axle trailers at ramp. I have not put in at Flat Creek since Spring, but thinking about going next week. I'm just 5 min from ramp at the dam so thats where I normally put in. I did here a guy at Spring Mkt say that Kickapoo was doing good! The Southside is slow!

Don’t leave anything valuable in your truck at those 2 ramps.

Flat creek ramp is good. Launched there this weekend. They even fixed the big pot hole in front of the ramp. Kickapoo ramp is almost unusable for my boat. I have a heavy 21ft rig so a smaller boat is probably still fine. Right at the ramp is good but a 100 feet or so out it is less that a foot deep. We lauched there Sunday and almost got stuck. Lake drops another inch or so and my boat will not make it out of the cut. I won't be launching there until we get some rain. I launch at both of these ramps all the time and have never had any issues with vandalism. Flat is almost always busy so that helps. The only public ramp on the lake that scares me to leave my vehicle is the Saline Bay ramp. So much theft there.

Flat is fine...even improved a little
Kickapoo/315 is getting "sporty"...we need some rain

I don't leave anything of value in my truck anymore...meth monkeys are everywhere, but I've never had a problem at 315 either

Curious if you have ever actually been to the Kickapoo ramp?

I launched A 22 ft ranger at Kickapoo Tuesday. It was my first time ever on Palestine. It can be done but I am not a fan. I launched at village marina today.
