No, they were not. 1-2 fish on isolated wood.

Both lakes are fun to fish and without a doubt provide the best opportunity to catch huge fish.

What might have gone a bit unnoticed in the video is that James and I were both fishing smaller square bills over an area of submerged tree's on simultaneous retrieves and both hooked huge fish.

I thought for a minute we were about to land two DD fish on the same cast, but his unfortunately came unbuttoned. Sure would have made for some impressive video footage.

We definitely enjoyed ourseslves and I was thrilled to join the DD club.

Day after I retire that's where I'm heading. I haven't fished with James for 3 years or so but I may have to hit him up one more time. He is the king of square bills.

Squarebills work VERY well at Bell and WP.
