Do any of you use Red, Blue, or Pumpkin Seed? Or, is there another color that you prefer? What about scent? Gamefish, Garlic, or Unscented?

Pumpkinseed spike it? I didn't even know they made that color. I asked earlier in a thread about red and am thinking about getting some. If you dip chart and the red does it turn orange? Always chart and garlic for me, never used unscented. Have also tried JJ's magic, its stronger and smells different but makes too much a mess the way it expands in heat so I just went back to regular spike it, they really need to make a JJ's marker pen because I think their scent formula is superior.

i carry a chartreuse dye. and the 4 pack of pens from academy. the pens are really cool....highly recommend. you can color bottoms of bellies with the pens real easy with no mess
im pretty sure scent is all BS....might make a difference a cast or two, but im of the opinion that unless its infused into the plastic that scent wont do much once it gets some water involved. personal opinion tho

I have Chartreuse, red, orange and blue. You really don't need the orange. You can dip your bait in the chartreuse and then in the red and it will turn the prettiest methiolate color.

I use garlic spike it for numbers. When searching for a big fish I don't use it all. Not sure about anyone else but I have noticed the bigger fish (6#'s+) tend not to like it.
