4/0 or 5/0 gammy ewg
Both are good, I prefer 4

Depends on which worm. If A Zoom Ole Monster then a 4/0 is big enough. If the Big Bite Baits 10" Kriet Tail worm, it ain't. The diameter of the worm is more important to me than the length when choosing the right size hook.

If using big line, my go to is the owner jungle wide gap in 4/0 and 5/0

Gam wide gap ewg works fine. I think they dont mind the thin wire as much so I switched out the mag stuff for them. Probably just me though

To the OP, there are no hard fast rules in bass fishing.
If you are throwing a big worm on a heavy action rod with straight braid to the hook I would recommend a heavier wire hook like the Owner Jungle but....
If you are using a MH rod with mono or fluoro and don't have a crushing hookset, I would def recommend the regular wire Gammy EWG hooks. Both are good choices but you need to choose the hook based on your style of fishing.

4/0-5/0 offset worm hook. Shouldn't really need a wide gap when worm fishing. The offset worm hook puts the angle of the hook right into the fish on a hookset.

Generally a 5/0 offset round bend gamakatsu. Owner is also good. And recently I tried the Hyabusa HD hook and that thing is a heavy duty MF'er but is overkill most of the time. I kind of like that I can bend the gammy out with 20lb line if I need to.
