Boat requirements

I’m fishing a tournament where the rules state you must have the Boat capacity plate. This is mine. What can I do? [Linked Image]

Get that info engraved in a metal plate

Does it not have to be some sort of coast guard approved sign, plate, or sticker?

Looks like you have a capacity plate to me so whats the problem? Does the rule say it has to be legible? LOL

I’ve never been in a tournament that required it but I would think(confirm with director) that a pic of what you have and an engraved plate would suffice

Google it for your make and model and send it to the Tournament Director along with a picture of your capacity sticker and see what he says.

Go fish it, even if you win the last thing they will check is that and it’s not like you don’t have one.

Hmmmmmmm... My boat doesn't have a Coast Guard sticker... No HP limit or Capacity limit either... Dan
