I agree totally with the bait choices. I use an Owner J hook for the rage bug which is a wide gap hook. The one you showed in the video is an offset, round bend hook.

Agree!
Just the thought process that you go through in clear water and applying that to stained water for spawning bass is something that I don’t think enough anglers consider.
