Hey TFF....Instead of a new boat I'm considering repowering my current boat. Looking at the 250 SHO and have been checking prices....Has anyone done this and can you share information on what I should expect from a pricing perspective? I saw one website online that showed prices as low as $12K on a brand new 2021 but all others seem closer to $20K. Thinking the lower prices might be a scam.... Thanks in advance for all the replies.

Just under $20K at C & O Marine.

They are OOS at the moment but that price is from a legitimate dealer.

LMC marine seems to have some of the best prices around on Yamahas. The 250 SHO is listed at $19,800. You make be able to negotiate some but I wouldn’t imagine you would get it below $18,000 anywhere.
