No worries, the sportfish will be ok. If there were tilapia or threadfin shad, they're dead already. Everything else can handle a week of ice/snow coverage.
What about turtles? I have a pond that is frozes over and I was wondering how will they get air.
Turtles live under ice all winter long in the north. They drop their metabolic rate to about zero and absorbed just enough oxygen somehow or another to stay alive. Strange creatures.
