I am a huge fan of the Plano ProLatch 3707 Open. The open concept design of a 3700 size box matches perfectly with big crank baits if you have a lot of them because you don't have to stack them into rows with dividers getting in the way. The only downfall is that you can't mix different baits together like 6xd and DD22, you have to have only one kind in there or there will be zero organization. I have 4 of these boxes with 6xd, 2 with DD22's, 8xd, and I will be getting more for medium crank baits as I get enough of each specific kind to fill a box without having mix and match.

I'll have to give that a try! I have a couple of these and I rotate technique specific stuff in them like weights, pegs, hooks and worms if I'm using a specific TX rig, or a couple packs of jigs and trailers if I'm on a jig bite etc.

How do you keep the hooks from getting into a huge mess doing this?
