Went out and checked on things at our place at Fork today, just got home. I-20 to 19 was fine. I talked to a buddy that said roads were not in good shape around Greenville and down towards Emory but I never get up that way.

Lmao where you getting your forecast from???? It’s 27 on my truck temp gauge at 3:18 in Dallas. Are the roads clear out that way? If no answer will report back in a hour as I am headed that way.

Update. Roads clear from Rockwall to Emory as of 4:33 Friday afternoon. I went 276 . Bridges over Twok have ice on shoulders but otherwise clear.

Just got to fork from grapevine. 190 to 30 to 276 to515.All clear and dry except Twok and 515 bridge west was a little damp. Might be slick after sun goes down.

My truck said 28 degrees when I got here.

I live in Twak, roads not bad for now but that will change later in the day. Thursday morning was a lil icy but not bad since then. We have freezing drizzle now and spose to turn to snow later today

Just got home from running to Quitman. 69,779 and 37 are good but the bridge going into Quitman crossing lake fork creek is gonna get dicey quickly.

just got back a little bit ago, sulphur springs to yantis to fishermans cove was fine except for the idiots that can't drive. multiple people running 40-45 from the wal mart to yantis.

north of sulphur springs on 19/154 had some icy spots that had been sanded (more like pea gravel) and all roads were sprayed down well, freezing mist in a couple of spots but not bad, yet.

515 west bridge was about to get real bad on the west end, wind blown spray was covering it and looked like it was ready to ice up.
