Found a few Oldies today

Found a few Oldies today - 11/18/20 04:54 AM

Came across a box of baits that I got somewhere along the way..... Probably my Grand Fathers or an Uncle’s.

Wonder how old this stuff is? Had an old H&H for .39 cents in the box also.

Excellent find. Thanks for sharing. The Fox Model SB. is my favorite. I won lots of tournaments on it back in the day. Flip Tail made a twin tail 3.5 inch that I used as a trailer on those SB's..

I have caught a ton of fish off of those Fox model baits myself. I still have probably about 20 of them that I just put new skirts on and keep going.
I can still remember saving up my change to but a whole card of H&H spinnerbaits that would last me a summer of fishing all the ponds around the house.

That Fox Model was the first spinnerbait I ever bought. Caught some fish on that in the San Diego River

After SOB closed and the owner passed, his son sold off the remainder of his inventory on ebay. I bought 150 of the spinner baits and various assorted widgets. Still catch fish on them too.

Those spinnerbaits are some fish catching SOB's! Used them many years ago...I would be bummed when the skirt disintegrated after using them all summer on the Apple River in Wisconsin.

If you find any of the old SPRO Superstar spinnerbaits, I could use some of those.
