Fayette County Reservoir - 10/06/20 06:23 PM
I have not really fished this body of water. Any tips or dos and donts? I have heard this is a decent bass lake.

Drag C-rig on main lake structure and take lots of plastics!

Agree with Minner. Also, been catching them on Square Bill and Swimbaits.

How deep are the square bills going and how deep are you fishing the swim bait?

Square Bills 2-5 ft in the morning, Carolina Rig on rock piles 6-9ft and Swimbaits about 8-10ft. You can check out our videos from the last two weekends here:

Caught 25+ on Sunday. Rattle traps and a vixen walking bait in shallow grass, next to reeds caught at least 10+ fish up to 4lbs. Fished the rocks, dam and intake, with a shakey head and 5xd crankbait netted me at least 10+ more, one was 6lbs. Also had 2 on my crankbait at one time. Caught a couple more out deep on points.
Hope it helps.
