Sam Rayburn release rate? - 05/21/20 11:57 PM

I watch the COE site that reports release rates for the day. They also show the turbine schedule. How many CFS does it take to operate, one of the turbines?
Yes I meant CFS

Don't about cfm but cfs is the measure they use. I'd think it's all in the turbine design as to what it takes minimum to operate.

The CFS amount is changed with the amount of power they are producing. It takes more flow to make more power. I read on the US Army Corp site. 50 megawatts takes 9000cfs. I don’t know if their amount of expected generation is posted. I do know they always say hours of generation subject to change.
