Caddo lake 17 Apr 20

Wellp I had a little better luck today. 5 bites instead of 2! Caught 4 with only 1 being a keeper(under). Fished mostly in Jeems where water temps varied from 60-65° and was pretty clear. Only 1 bite and 1 short bass there. Caught off of a diving board lol! Try repeating that pattern! Then went over to Jap island and with the wind blowing on the one side I used a squarebill and caught 3 with the one under on the outside tree edge. Water color there was good too and temps were 66-67°.

And I was lucky to have an eagle stay long enough for me to get my camera out!

I looked for you today. I left when the rain came in. Had 8 but no size.

^^haha yeah I use the clips when cranking so I can change a lot! I used 6 different cranks today but only 2 caught fish.
