It was pleasant afternoon and evening on the lake, tomorrow it will be rough with the 40mph gust out of the north. The Ramps at concho and Elm facing north will be fun, think I’ll clean my boat.

We were there Wednesday and Thursday. Caught some solid 4 and 5 lbers. What is impressive is how healthy the fish are. All of them are footballs. Small mouths and big old wide bodies. In the next three years the old days Ivie is goi g to show back up for sure!

Now if TPWD would set up a limit that protects the big fish from being taken out. In years past bait guys would go out and catch and keep 5 giants. I’ve seen some ice chests full of giants,
Weird rules on the lake being able to keep 5 over 18” but only 2 under 18”. Backward as far as I am concerned.

Caught a few in the wind this morning.

Hope it calms down this evening.
