they fished yesterday in final day of MLF tourney on Okeechobee and fished today in the FLW torny on Chickamauga.....mapquest says it is 684 miles and almost 11 hour drive...bet they will sleep good tonite….
Neal is in 8th place with 18.6lbs,wesley Strader who also fished the Okeechobee tourney is in 15th with 16.8lbs and Wheeler is in 56th place with 9.14lbs...

Lots of 5 hour energy, Mountain Dew, other drivers etc. The Tour is a grind.

read on another forum that wheeler said on stage that his cameraman drove part of the way allowing him to get some sleep...they arrived at 4:30 am giving him time to get his tackle ready.....Michael neal said his father drove which allowed him to get some sleep...

My question is why. They are fishing a no entry tour, so why fish for their own money, which is what they did not want to do right?

Burning the candle at both ends, several of the MLF guys fishing this event. I wonder if Cox is actually going to attempt fishing both the bassmaster and Flw event that are on the same weekend but a few hours apart in a few weeks to get points for both.
