Falcon rod warranty.

I have a bucoo that literally snapped in 2. Is there a store that will warranty locally or so you have to send it in?

Usually they just want the section of rod with the model number on it. It will fit in an envelope. They send you an exact replacement.

I would call Falcon customer service

I had an SR break on me on a hook set last year, they just had me send the label in and i got a new one back no problem. I also have a cracked eyelet on the tip of a Cara. I wrote them and asked what size eyelet i should but to replace it and they asked for my address and are sending me one out free of charge.

If it’s an SR there is a good chance Academy would swap it out if it is a model they carry.
