Does anyone know if the boat lanes chip trails are still reliable at the current water level on Toledo? I don't fish the lake very much and have not been since the draw down. I've been told that the Sabine River Authority marked lanes are still good to run. Just wasn't sure about the trails on the chip outside the marked lanes.

I wouldn't run them when water is as low as it is.

I came across a few unmarked ones that are going over dangerously shallow water, so I would be careful.

I'm pretty sure they are good down to 5' low but I wouldn't test them past 2' low. Heck, at this level I wouldn't test many boat lanes out there

Don’t trust the markers but humminbird lakemaster boat lanes are good. I’ve been on the lake nearly every weekend since it’s been low. Adjust your unit water level to -7 ft and you will be good as long as you do what your unit says.
