Viva Pencil topwater

Viva Pencil topwater - 10/17/19 07:05 PM

I fish primarily clear water lakes in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Several years ago my dad gave me a top water lure called the Viva Pencil.

It's a small Japanese balsa top water that absolutely destroys schooling bass. Unfortunately this rare lure has vanished from the face of the earth and I'm out of options.

Has anyone heard of these, or even better know where to find one?

Thanks!

Good luck and welcome...haven't seen any Viva baits in years.

I tried that link and sent an email, but I'm afraid it's no longer in operation...

Try Jason at Bobs' Fishing Tackle in Norwalk, CA - 562 863 6833 - I know he carried them a long time ago. He fished the viva pencil for a long time back in the day.
