How's the fishing been out there? Going camping with some friends this weekend and would like a few tips.

I was out there about 3 years ago. They were on fire in McPhearson slough. Hope this helps

Water was so low, longhorn park and Dutch branch were closed three weeks ago and we haven’t had any significant rain since then.

Where are you camping?

Dutch Branch the water is a good 60 yards from the ramp, maybe farther. I am not surprised the entire lake is closed to boats launching.

Lake is over 10ft low.. good time to go take some photos though!
