Rod Guide Repair - 10/06/19 03:29 AM

I saw a post on here about someone in The Colony that repairs rods. I have a rod guide that needs replacing. Can someone point me in the right direction? I live in Lewisville.

Thank you all that respond.

While we’re on the subject, who’s the go to rod repairman near Hurst?

Have you considered repairing yourself?

I do my own with thread, super glue and clear nail polish. The look like [censored] but have never had one come off. My rods are just tools. I don't care how they look

Pretty easy to do your own, I went ahead and got a 3 rod roller for drying. Have gotten pretty good at it.

I save any broken rods I may have just to use the guides when I need one. Do my own repair, the fish don't care what your rod looks like.

Take it to SW Parts or Fishin'World.
